At Brixalonryghitox, we want you to be satisfied with your seasonal home styling purchases. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations or may arrive with defects. This Return Policy outlines the procedures for returning products and receiving refunds or exchanges.

We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will work with you to resolve any issues with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures for processing returns.

This policy applies to all products purchased directly from Brixalonryghitox through our website or showroom. Products purchased from third-party retailers must be returned according to their respective return policies.

Standard Return Period

We offer a 30-day return period for most products purchased from Brixalonryghitox. The return period begins from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free from signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
  • Complete with all accessories and components that were included with the original purchase

Items returned after the 30-day period may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a full refund. We encourage you to inspect your items promptly upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice any issues.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include:

  • Custom-made or personalised items that have been specifically created to your specifications
  • Sale items or items purchased with promotional discounts (unless defective)
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Candles, diffusers, or other scented products that have been opened or used
  • Fresh or preserved floral arrangements
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Products that have been altered, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

If you receive a non-returnable item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service Team

Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and detailed instructions for returning your item.

Step 2: Prepare Your Return Package

Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, components, and documentation that came with the product. Write your Return Authorisation Number clearly on the outside of the package or include it on a note inside the package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order.

Step 4: Await Processing

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following regarding refunds:

  • Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after we process the refund
  • Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • For partial returns from an order, the refund will be for the items returned only
  • If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued as a new gift card or store credit

Please allow up to 14 days from the date you ship your return for the entire process to complete, including shipping time, inspection, and refund processing.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would like an exchange when contacting our customer service team.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will offer you the option of a refund or store credit. If the exchange item is of a higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If it is of a lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Exchanges will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. You will receive tracking information once your exchange item has been dispatched.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs clearly showing the damage or defect
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the packaging if the damage occurred during shipping

For damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide you with a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. We may request that you return the damaged item or, in some cases, we may ask you to dispose of it responsibly if a return is not practical.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be collected or provide you with a prepaid return label. Once we receive the incorrect item, we will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.

To help us resolve incorrect order issues quickly, please do not use or remove tags from the incorrect item, and keep all original packaging.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again, as refunds can sometimes take a few days to appear
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be processing time before the refund is posted
  • If you have done both of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will investigate the issue

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, you are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. We cannot take responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund amount.

Australian Consumer Law

Our Return Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Under Australian Consumer Law, you have consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. These include guarantees that goods will be of acceptable quality, match any description made, and be fit for any purpose that you made known to us.

If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy including a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature and severity of the failure. For major failures with goods, you can choose between a refund or replacement.

Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
